Lead market research, product launches in new countries, the development of local teams, and the achievement of key business metrics. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, working closely with the founders, marketing, product, and supply teams. The goal is to reach 1,000 new clients per month outside Ukraine by December 2025, reduce CAC by 30% and increase LTV by 50% compared to baseline metrics from June 2025, and launch at least one additional market by Q1 2026.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the food industry for launching new products, from concept development to market introduction while also identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are launched on time and within budget, while also contributing to the company's bottom line through cost-saving projects.

Oversee business development & FX activities for Anglophone Africa, identify and execute network, FX and banking partner expansion opportunities. Ensure seamless market launches, manage partners, own FX P&L, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage a team, foster teamwork, and report to ExCo.
